2016 Q&A-Kit

  1. Yes. There is a quick design that starts from a small piece of aluminum angle.

  3. 1. Do we have to use the acrylic mount board for the electronics or can we just bolt it down to the base of the robot?

    • You don’t have to use the acrylic mount, but it is by far the best way to go. The odds of you breaking the board with a well designed mount is pretty high. The odds of the mount simplifying you job are very high. If it is a budget issue, then you can laser cut the mounts out of consumable material (we added 1/8″ wood panel for this purpose). It will be quick and cost very little.
